Instructions

Feel free to answer in whatever language you feel the most comfortable in. Don't focus too much on problems or obstacles at this stage, the main objective is to gather as many ideas as possible – the practical validity of the ideas will be assessed later. Try to be resource focused in your answers, that means focus on ideas that are compatible with our current capabilities, resources and equipment. The main focus is on injection moulded products, however, the most important instruction is that you should share your ideas and thoughts without limitations, if you have an idea share it - no matter how wild it is!

Try to imagine the ideal product to produce. Don't think about actual product ideas yet - you are allowed to contradict yourself later.

Try to imagine the ideal strategic product. This product could either take Saxo into a new strategic direction, raise our existing brand equity or break us into a new lucrative market. Don't think about actual product ideas yet - you are allowed to contradict yourself later.

Imagine that Saxo has to start developing a new product during 2023, it can be anything and you get to decide exactly what it is. The board has given you full authority and all of Saxos resources are at your disposal – what do you decide to make?

Remember, don't concern yourself too much with realism – your ideas, no matter how wild, are valuable as a basis for future discussion and strategic development. It is also a good way to communicate your passions and beliefs about the future!
